Podcast Outreach Intern (Remote, Flexible Hours)

Are you looking for a remote internship that offers flexibility, real-world experience, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact? Sandstorm is seeking a Podcast Outreach Intern for Summer 2025 to help us expand our brand awareness, establish thought leadership, and build high-quality backlinks.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct research to identify high-quality podcasts with engaged audiences within our purpose-driven industries: Associations, enterprise nonprofits, healthcare systems and higher education.
  • Get to know our digital and technology services, team, and the topics we speak on.
  • Craft compelling pitches and outreach messages to podcast hosts.
  • Follow up with podcast owners to schedule interviews for our thought leaders.
  • Track and report on scheduled and recorded podcasts.

What We Offer

  • Fully remote & flexible hours – Work from anywhere, on your own schedule.
  • Performance-based compensation – Earn $100 for every podcast scheduled and recorded.

Who You Are

  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and stay motivated.
  • A strong writer who can craft persuasive pitches.
  • Detail-oriented and organized in tracking outreach efforts.
  • A strategic thinker who understands audience targeting.
  • Persistent in following up and driving results. 

Time Commitment

  • Estimated 80 hours total, but you can work more if desired.
  • Start and end dates are flexible.
